Ready 隱私權政策
Ready（以下簡稱「本 App」）是一款協助家庭與個人管理打包清單、待辦事項與物品庫的工具。我們重視你的隱私，本政策說明我們收集哪些資料、如何使用、以及你的選擇。
1. 我們收集的資料
- 帳號資料：當你註冊或使用 Google 登入時，我們會收集你的電子郵件、顯示名稱、以及（若使用 Google 登入）大頭照 URL。
- 使用者建立內容：你建立的清單、項目、任務、備註、群組與分享空間。
- 裝置推播 Token：用於將提醒與共享更新推播至你的裝置。
- 運作所需之系統資訊：例如 Firebase 自動記錄的錯誤回報、認證 session。
2. 我們不收集的資料
- 我們不收集位置、聯絡人、瀏覽紀錄、健康/醫療、金融、廣告識別碼。
- 我們不向第三方分析或廣告平台分享任何使用資料。
3. 資料用途
- 提供本 App 的核心功能（同步清單、推播提醒、跨成員協作）。
- 讓你選擇邀請的成員可以看到你分享的清單與項目。
- 顯示 Google 大頭照與顯示名稱於協作介面中。
4. 資料儲存與保護
所有資料儲存於 Google Firebase（Firestore 與 Authentication），傳輸全程透過 TLS 加密。我們僅以 Firebase Security Rules 限制存取——除了你與你邀請的成員以外，其他人無法看到你的資料。
5. 第三方服務
- Google Firebase（Authentication、Firestore、Cloud Messaging）—— 用於登入、雲端儲存與推播。Firebase 隱私政策
- Google Sign-In（選用）—— 若你選擇使用 Google 登入，會由 Google 處理你的認證。
6. 你的選擇與權利
- 你可以隨時登出，停止與雲端的同步。
- 你可以在 App 內刪除清單、項目，或退出共享空間。
- 刪除帳號：請進入「設定 → 刪除帳號」即可永久刪除你的帳號與所有相關資料（包括你建立的空間、清單與物品）。操作完成後資料無法恢復。若遇到問題無法在 App 內完成刪除，可寄信至下方聯絡信箱協助處理。
- 匯出資料：你可以在「設定 → 匯出資料」隨時取得自己的資料 JSON 副本。
- 封鎖與檢舉：你可以封鎖其他使用者，或檢舉不當內容；被封鎖者的內容不會再顯示於你的清單中。
7. 兒童隱私
本 App 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計。我們不會刻意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料；若你發現相關情形請通知我們，我們會立即刪除。
8. 政策變更
若本政策有更動，我們會更新本頁面的「最後更新」日期。重大變更時會在 App 內或透過 email 通知你。

Ready Privacy Policy
Ready (the "App") is a checklist and household-organisation tool. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and your choices.
1. Data we collect
- Account info: your email, display name, and (when using Google Sign-In) profile photo URL.
- User-generated content: the lists, items, tasks, notes, groups and shared spaces you create.
- Device push token: used to deliver reminders and shared-update notifications.
- Operational telemetry: Firebase-managed crash reports and authentication sessions.
2. Data we do NOT collect
- Location, contacts, browsing history, health, financial info, or advertising identifiers.
- We do not share any usage data with third-party analytics or advertising platforms.
3. How we use your data
- To provide core App functionality (syncing lists, push reminders, multi-member collaboration).
- To make your shared lists visible to members you invite.
- To display your Google profile photo and name within the collaboration UI.
4. Storage & security
All data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication) and transmitted over TLS. Access is gated by Firebase Security Rules — no one other than you and the members you invite can read your data.
5. Third-party services
- Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging) — sign-in, cloud storage, and push delivery. Firebase Privacy
- Google Sign-In (optional) — if you use Google Sign-In, Google processes your authentication.
6. Your choices & rights
- You can sign out at any time to stop syncing with the cloud.
- You can delete lists/items, or leave a shared space, from within the App.
- Account deletion: go to Settings → Delete account to permanently delete your account and all associated data (spaces, checklists, and items you created). Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you are unable to complete deletion in-app, email us at the address below.
- Data export: go to Settings → Export data at any time to obtain a JSON copy of your data.
- Block & report: you can block other users or report inappropriate content; content from blocked users will no longer appear in your lists.
7. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; if you become aware of such a case, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will also be announced in-app or by email.
